Engineered for extreme conditions, the B360 withstands rain, dust, shock and vibration and has an optional salt fog certification. It is independently certified to MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461G, and IP66 to withstand temperatures from -29°C to +63°C (-20°F to 145°F) and a 6-foot drop while operating. The B360 is also intrinsically safe, meeting ANSI/UL 12.12.01 standards (per request) for Class 1 Division 2 hazardous environments.

The onboard expansion slot accommodates a smart card reader, an optional SD card reader, or even an optional 1D/2D barcode reader, while dual hot-swappable batteries enable easy battery changeout without interrupting operation.
