In 1990 Ms. Hylant accepted a position in Digital's worldwide Education Marketing division in Marlboro, MA. In this position she was responsible for training sales people in the US, Europe, and Australia in the needs higher education and how to sell to these accounts. She was also responsible for identifying solutions for this market and negotiating contracts with solution providers.

From 1994 to 1997 she worked for Johnson Controls Corporation and Servicemaster Corporation helping these companies to position their offerings in higher education in New York and New England. In 1997 She returned to Digital as a senior account manager responsible for New York State.

With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Ms. Hylant decided in2001 to start her own consulting company and work with other small businesses that wanted to sell and market their solutions.

With the outstanding senior management team in place at Affinity Enterprises, Ms. Hylant expects to continue the successful growth of the consulting business and bring greater value to clients in both the private and public sector.
