Mr. Notebaert's growing interest in technology led him to start his own company. As CEO of Technology Planning and Management, LLC, he provided technology consulting for K-12 schools that included long-range technology and financial planning, project management, and E-rate coordination and submission. He enjoyed being a part of the learning experience and seeing first hand how his guidance could provide opportunities for so many students.

Mr. Notebaert's career then led to joining the Management Team as Director of Technology Planning and Marketing for Thomas Communications and Technologies, LLC. There he provided technology consulting for K-12 schools that included long-range technology and financial planning, project management, and E-rate coordination and submission.

This experience and his continued business relationship with Ms. Hylant led to him to join the Management Team for Affinity Enterprises, where his experience will play an important part in the company's success.
